The Valley Dish II

We’re collaborating with our neighbors downstairs at Pale Fire Brewing, as well as farm-to-table restaurant Bella Luna Wood-fired Pizza and Season’s Bounty Farm to bring you an unforgettable beer dinner. The menu will be released tomorrow, but I can tell you we’ve chosen four of their best selling beer (including Salad Days, a two time award winning brew) seamlessly matched with a mix of local flavors concocted by Chef Colin Aukerman.

If you missed the first Valley Dish, here’s the low-down:
You’re getting a four course meal overflowing with seasonal, local flavor. The portions are quite generous and evenly matched by a well-rounded flight (this is optional, so you can even enjoy the dinner if you aren’t a beer drinker!). The flights will include three 4 ounce pours with a featured full pint to accompany the main course. We have carefully combed through Pale Fire’s tasting notes to make sure each pairing complements, but stands to match, each of Chef’s courses.  This is a very special dinner, with a “steal-a-pint” flair. We’re sending you home with a specially printed pint glass to commemorate the occasion.
